Sales Policy

1. Scope

This Sales Policy governs the purchase of wellness offerings and related services ("Products") through the Bliss 369 platform ("Service"). By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

2. Order Placement

Orders are placed when you confirm a booking and complete the payment process. You will receive an order confirmation via email, which constitutes acceptance of your order.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in ZAR or your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Bliss 369 reserves the right to adjust prices due to tax law changes or pricing errors.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is processed at the time of booking via PayFast (ZAR) or PayPal (non-ZAR). You agree to pay all charges for your order, including any transaction fees.

5. Order Confirmation & Delivery

Upon payment confirmation, you will receive an electronic booking confirmation. No physical goods are shipped. The booking confirmation email serves as proof of purchase and entitlement to the selected service.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your booking as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event start date are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount received (excluding any non-refundable gateway fees).
  • Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the event start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount received.
  • Stream Owner–initiated cancellations result in a 100% refund to the user.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Disputes & Stream Removal

In case of disputes regarding an offering or booking, users can submit a dispute request through the platform support interface. All disputes are handled manually in Phase 1 and may result in refunds or other resolutions as per our policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove a stream in the following circumstances:

  • If a Stream Owner initiates frequent cancellations (e.g., three or more within a rolling 365-day period), we may suspend or remove the stream for administrative review.
  • If we suspect any misconduct, fraud, or violation of our Terms, we may immediately remove the stream from the platform.

8. Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order was confirmed and payment was processed. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in fulfilling orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or provider cancellations.

10. Governing Law

This Sales Policy is governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Durban, South Africa.
